Friendship Village Retirement Community

Friendship Village is an existing continuum of care retirement community located in Waterloo, IA. LCCI was awarded the expansion project as a Construction Manager at Risk. This $45 million dollar project is ongoing with a completion date of July 2022. The campus expansion includes the following work:

• 58,800 sf, 72-unit Skilled Nursing Facility
• 148,000 sf, 77-unit Independent Living
• Heated underground enclosed parking garage
